What You Will Do as Our Sales Manager:

  • Prioritize various sales tactics to optimize ROI.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets set by management.
  • Manage a team of field sales representatives and ISR.
  • Provide daily in-field support and coaching to the sales reps.
  • Work closely with Management and peer department teams.
  • Inspire the Sales team to exceed net new revenue expectations and consistently overachieve activity levels.
  • Collaborate with Management to analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and programs.
  • Implement strategic progressive performance management.
  • Provide weekly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales of IT services, hardware, and solutions.
  • Strong experience as a successful mentor/coach and people manager.
  • Ability to develop sales teams through regular 1:1s, continuous training, and coaching.
  • Extraordinary communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership coupled with great adaptability.
  • A competitive and growth mindset.
  • Skilled in managed services, solution-based, or consultative-based selling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth companies.
  • Business development of net new sales.
  • Experience in selling managed and cloud services.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Interest or experience in working in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience in handling the end-to-end sales pipeline (initial contact, closing, etc.).
  • Qualifying new opportunities and moving them through the sales cycle.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations.
  • Experience leading a sales team specializing in the sale of Managed Services.
  • Inspirational and creative sales leader with demonstrated experience driving aggressive results.
  • Customer service orientation, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team at the divisional and corporate level.
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a history of overachievement performance.
  • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset.

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

  • Sales management: 5 years (required)
  • B2B sales: 5 years (required)
  • coaching and training: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
