ProEthic Building Services, the quality leader in managed facility services is growing and looking for a Service Manager to join the team!
The Service Manager serves as the primary representative of the company. This person is responsible for ensuring the highest client and customer satisfaction levels, account retention, strong contractor co. relations, the achievement of financial goals, and future business growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Maintaining high customer retention rates is a key component of this position
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Oversee commercial cleaning contractor companies and employees who are responsible for cleaning an assigned account
- Conduct regular inspections of our accounts and meet with customer contacts and decision-makers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related
- Previous account management experience
- Previous supervisory or indirect management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Experience in customer relationship management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
