Job Description
The Exhibits Sales Manager will generate revenue for the organization through the sales of custom exhibits and direct purchase/custom rentals for trade show events nationwide.
Essential Job Duties
- Solicit new and existing exhibits business from exhibitors across all Shepard shows aiming to meet or exceed sales goals
- Connect with exhibits customers to build lasting relationships and encourage future sales
- Participate in sales meetings, pre-show events, and various company functions to foster collaboration and drive success
- Participate in nationwide shows attended by major clients to address and support their on-site needs
- Enhance performance and achieve objectives by proactively following up on sales leads and monitoring results
- Provide timely and accurate pricing information to customers
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve sales efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibits sales, with a proven track record of driving considerable revenue growth
- Ability to travel nationwide as business dictates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education

- Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company
