JOB SUMMARY

The Sales & Marketing Associate will assist the sales department with all aspects of digital marketing. This position will follow the Wallwork Vehicle Sales Training Roadmap; including manufacture, internal, and external course to sell vehicles. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $45,000-$55,000/yr

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or years’ experience required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BA/BS or minimum equivalent work experience.
  • CDL is required or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
  • Current and valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, social media, website review and maintenance.
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Responsible for reviewing & posting on all Wallwork Truck Centers, Collision Centers, Northwest Truck and Trailer, Fargo Trailer Center, and Wallwork Wholesale affiliated social media websites or home pages etc.
  • Support all department heads with any posting requests.
  • Support sales department by listing equipment for sale.
  • Support sales department with clear images/ videos of equipment to post on equipment websites Wallwork utilizes for advertising.
  • Follow training road map and sell vehicles when marketing items are complete.
  • Review all internal websites for errors, functionality, opportunities to enhance or improve customer experience.
  • Schedule a consistent calendar of social media posts, and post adequate content for department heads or upper management.
  • Support Vehicle Sales Managers by taking high quality photos and videos, following company template and directions.
  • Post all new and used equipment online with accurate specifications, descriptions, photos, and videos.
  • Find new or innovative other sources to advertise on digitally.
  • Utilize sales force self-training file and learn to operate salesforce CRM platform.
  • Learn and Utilize Rig Dig for prospecting customers.
  • Contact customers on a consistent basis via phone and in- person visits as defined by the Wallwork Road to the Sale.
  • Start and complete all required sales training for Kenworth and Ford.
  • Learn and follow Wallwork Road to the sale.
  • Sell used equipment. with the
  • Opportunity to sell New Kenworth and Ford products when the sales manager deems the position is ready based on experience and sales ability.
  • Follow and perform all sales specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
  • Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
