Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and event planning to build a lucrative career.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential clients, including corporate, social, and nonprofit organizations.
- Sales: Actively sell our event services, including venue rentals, catering, and event planning packages.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-event.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan and execute successful events, including coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, closing deals, and upselling.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in sales and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive commission structure based on sales performance. Top performers have the potential to earn significant income.

Pay: $42,615.09-$83,535.13 per year
