Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new sales team members
- Provide training and guidance to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are priced correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience
Requirements:
- MUST have OMVIC License
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
