We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for working directly with interior designers to ensure the smooth flow of receiving, storing, and preparing items for delivery and installation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interior designers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate with interior designers to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
- Facilitate the receiving, storing, and preparation of items for delivery and installation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to coordinate the timely receipt and storage of items.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with interior designers and clients, ensuring that deliveries are made in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to interior designers on the status of their projects, including inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by interior designers in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure that items are delivered and installed according to client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and project details in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the interior design industry and luxury home installations is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
