Job Summary

Trademark Industries Inc. & Group of companies is seeking a candidate to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is responsible for handling major retailer sales accounts, corresponding with buyers and factories.

We are a fast paced exciting work environment with constant innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and performing the various tasks connected to his or her duties. This position is salary-based.

We are looking for a team player who will be adaptable, passionate, eager to learn and ready to display our products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Account sales goals
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Generate new business
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Prepare proposals and quotes (Use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva etc.)
  • Maintain communication with clients and effectively manage and communicate issues
  • Focus on customers in an assigned contact sheet
  • Generate leads through soft calls and communications
  • Work closely with the Graphics Department to ensure accurate details of orders
  • Work with Account Managers for innovative product idea pitching
  • Manage key accounts and develop a solid plan to cultivate these accounts
  • Work with company President to develop closing sales strategies
  • Maintain customers inventory databases and forecasting as required
  • Effectively communicate with Graphics, Warehouse, Operations, Overseas Offices, and Sales Department to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure projects are running on time

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience – promotional sales is an asset
  • Must have experience in the textile industry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective problem solving techniques.
  • Organization, planning, detail-orientation, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer focused by developing an understanding of customer's business and meeting or exceeding customer expectations for service.
  • Application knowledge of the retail environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work proactively with little supervision on projects.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid Passport or ability to acquire upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license will be required
  • Bilingual in French is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
