This role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Requirements
- Understand all the products and services
- Ability to sell through door to door efforts
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.
- Be active in team and company chats
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and trainings

- Relative experience
- Drivers license and transportation
