Job Description
AUX Partners works closely with a successful and fast-growing HVAC company in Denver that is searching for their next experienced Sales Manager. This would be a full-time position with a great starting salary, benefits, bonus, and the opportunity to lead a close-knit team. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing multiple territories in existing sales markets as well as developing new sales growth through the saturation of existing territories and building sales within the company’s existing customer base. This role manages the Territory Managers to develop their sales skills, calls on customers, handles escalated customer issues, and keeps current on product lines as well as new products. Additionally, this role supports excellence in customer service.
Requirements
High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent in relatable work experience.
5 or more years’ experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
