Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Come join our GROWING team!! Velvet Ice Cream is now hiring for a Territory Sales Manager to service accounts in our Indianapolis marketing area. The position creates effective and efficient, advance orders for all customers. The position shall be responsible for selling and merchandising Velvet's Consumer Brands products to various accounts in assigned region.
Salary Range: $44,000 to $52,000

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth within assigned sales territory by maximizing sales opportunities.
- Create working relationships with appropriate decision makers in all accounts.
- Adhere to route schedule, create effective orders to maintain sufficient inventory levels, set stores to schematic, maintain company-owned equipment, properly complete and submit necessary paperwork.
- Secure and set promotional displays in retail stores to help drive revenue.
- Safely operate your personal vehicle.
- Properly complete end of week reports for mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years DSD consumer products experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to safety regulations.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a dependable vehicle and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
- Clean MVR and completion of drug screen.
- Able to work over 40 hours when required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
