Join our Advance Services team! We’re currently hiring a CSR/Account Manager for our client in the Fort Worth TX area. This unique role offers advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, excellent pay, and more!

Job description

  • Maintain consistent contact with customers and our client’s team to ensure commitments are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shortfalls and document reasons and steps taken to resolve.
  • Review and present to management and customers scorecard results. Ensure required metrics are provided and captured utilizing customer-provided scorecard requirements and develop scorecards in the absence of customer requirements.
  • Provide recommendations using data and information received to continuously improve service and relations.
  • Continuously market to customer base on our client’s services and current events/happenings.
  • Onboard customers while following the company’s policies, guidelines, and approved templates to ensure customers have successful onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have completed all requirements and approvals received from various internal departments.
  • Develop/maintain customer RFP template and information.
  • Respond to customer RFP’s, following through to the close of the process.
  • Work with our transportation team to make sure we have all documentation needed to process customer’s cargo when received.
  • Create BOLs for shipments being delivered based on customer’s request and make sure BOLs are accurate, and all information is provided on BOLs.
  • Maintain communication with our shipping and receiving personnel on expected customer shipment arrivals.
  • Make sure all protocol is being followed based on processes that have been established.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
1. BOL experience
2. 3-5 years 3PL experience
3. Metrics and scorecards
4. Onboarding
5. RFP experience.
