Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops and executes sales plans: Creates and implements comprehensive sales plans that align with the senior living community's overall business objectives. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting sales volumes, and analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities.
2. Builds and maintains relationships: Establishes and maintains strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other professionals in the senior living industry. Attends networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the community's network and generate leads.
3. Conducts sales presentations and tours: Presents the community's features, amenities, and services to prospective residents and their families. Conducts community tours and effectively communicates the unique value proposition of the community.
4. Implements marketing strategies: Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, advertising efforts, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Utilizes various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and print media, to reach the target audience.
5. Collaborates with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, finance, and administration, to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration for the overall success of the senior living community. Fosters a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
6. Stays updated on industry trends: Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the senior living market.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required: a high school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in customer service, sales, advertising, and marketing. Preferred: bachelor’s degree and/or experience with CRM software, SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

Pay: From $55,120.00 per year
