Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marketing sector through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand the marketing needs of potential clients and work with the internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and internal teams to foster trust and partnership.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the agency's quality standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to strategically position the agency in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the agency and gather market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
