The Electrical Sales Manager is responsible for planning and implementing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales goals and targets through a team of sales account managers. The Sales Manager is a player-coach generating their own revenue and leading the sales team to provide coaching.
- Sales and Marketing experience preferably in the electrical industry, or related field and five (5) years of sales management experience or equivalent combination of education.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Able to train and coach others.
- Analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills maintaining confidentiality.
- Able to travel and participate in clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,832.00 - $125,601.00 per year
