Location: REMOTE - US
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus (1st yr. OTE: $100K+) + Benefits

REMOTE Dealer Sales Manager Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Dealer Sales Manager to add to their US-based team. You will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with a network of dealers, driving revenue growth, and promoting a product line rated number one in its consumer market. This business-critical, fast-paced job requires the ability to build strategic relationships, utilizing dealer referrals and competitive scraping to establish high-potential prospects. This is an individual contributor role where approximately 80% of your time will be spent focusing on dealer distributions, outbound prospecting, and conducting intake meetings to qualify dealers as a right fit. The remaining time will be spent mapping your territory, identifying underperforming dealers, and working on expansion through KPIs and quantitative metrics. This position offers significant autonomy within a globally recognized company, providing ample room for professional growth and unlimited earnings.

REMOTE Dealer Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers
  • Engage with dealers to understand their needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer onboarding and support inquiries
  • Drive sales of products through effective presentations
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration
  • Conduct engaging and informative product training sessions for dealers
  • Process dealer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain records of sales transactions and interactions with dealers
  • Monitor market trends and dealer performance

REMOTE Dealer Sales Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dealer sales experience required
  • Experience qualifying and managing dealer relationships required
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insight required
  • Must be willing to travel domestically up to 20% in your territory
