Overview:

Platinum Protection is looking for a security systems designer and inside sales associate.

Responsibilities:
-Phone call follow-up on existing quotes written by other sales associates or inside sales associate(s).

-Generate new quotes and customer contact information based on inbound calls and leads

-Add parts to quotes based on previous or provided requirements

-Take off devices from Plans and add correct equipment to quotes

-Get quotes from suppliers as needed for projects / project pricing

-Follow up with completed projects to inquire if the customer needs any additional work, other sites that need our services

-Learn software and hardware that is quoted to customers to better understand the solutions we are providing to customers, such as functionality and features

-Ability to provide product demos to customers over Teams

-Learn new products that can add to our current portfolio of solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales engineer or inside sales for IT companies or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with technical sales and pre-sales processes
- Experience with product demos and technical presentations
- Proficiency in network infrastructure design and layout.
- Ability to analyze complex systems for vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
