Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the ability to analyze market trends. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in business development and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the technology sales sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and analyzing market opportunities.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, along with a solid understanding of technology products and services.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,867.00 - $60,392.00 per year
