Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple locations. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff across all locations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Customer Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies that complement sales efforts. Participate in local community events to promote Sylvan Learning services.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to the Regional Director, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all locations adhere to Sylvan Learning's operational standards and practices. Oversee staff scheduling and manage resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
