Hours for position
7am -430pm Mon- Thursday
Half day Friday 7am -Noon
Closed Weekends- Evenings
1 in 5 sales reps make over 6 figures
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Salesforce database
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Conduct warm calling to existing customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Skills:
- Strong technical sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales activities
- Excellent market knowledge to identify potential customers and understand their needs
- Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Knowledge of inside sales strategies and tactics for effective lead conversion
- Familiarity with technology sales, including software products, is highly desirable
