Sales Account Manager
Wright Traffic Control is signatory to local Labor Unions. WTC is a full-service traffic control company that differentiates itself by being a leader in traffic control technology. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. The Sales Account Manager reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.
· Build and manage a pipeline of targeted prospects through outreach and product demos
· Negotiate contacts and close agreement to maximize profits
· Identify and connect with multiple key business decision-makers within the industry
· Respond to customers issues and concerns in a timely manner; delivering a positive customer experience
· Develop ongoing relationships with clients by conducting site visits; addressing any concerns
· Update and track clients on a CRM platform
· Report to and collaborate with key company stakeholders
· Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to travel; including overnight
· Excellent communication, marketing, technical, and analytical skills
· Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and maintain throughout employment
· Must pass a background check
· College degree preferred, will consider a mix of education, prior experience in lieu of college degree.
Compensation / Benefits:
· Total compensation of $ 60,000 – 100$K made up of a combined base wage and commission program with an above-average compensation structure that far exceeds the industry average
