Job Description
The Sales Engineer will provide support to Resilux customers through field service and applications support. S/he will serve as a technical expert for product development and customer applications and customer quality complaint investigations.

Roles and Responsibilities

New Business Development:
- Understand new customer requirements and translate them into functional and product specifications
- Communicate customer requirements within Resilux for effective internal qualifications
- Customer Qualifications Work with customers to ensure new business development is qualified at both Resilux and the customer, addressing gaps.

Customer Quality Improvement
- Work with customers to understand the nature of customer quality complaints and communicate to Resilux personnel.
- Ensure corrective actions taken within Resilux are communicated to customer and that corrective actions is effective

New Product Development at Customer
- Qualify new products at customer location

Maintain a safe working environment, which includes but is not limited to:
- Proper use/wear of all personal protective equipment at all times when in production areas
- Following documented procedures/processes
- Cleaning/housekeeping workspace regularly, and cleaning up workspace at end of shift
- Reporting unsafe conditions to management for correction
Qualifications/Skills
- 4 year Packaging Engineering degree preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in PET Packaging Engineering/Field Support within manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience developing new packaging lines, in conjunction with customer requirements.
- Ability to communicate with multiple partners, internal and external, to develop innovative solutions that support company initiatives.
- Data driven and process oriented.
- Loyal team player who understands how to work with stakeholders to achieve results.
- Ability to build/maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented, high-demand environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet comfortable working independently to achieve departmental and firm-wide objectives.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
- Effective communication, coaching, and people skills.
- Strong computer skills.
