What You Will Do
This is a rare opportunity for you to join our extraordinary customer service team within Pratt & Whitney Tooling Support Services (TSS). TSS offers customers a complete line of aircraft engine tooling and engine ground support equipment (GSE) for aftermarket operations. Are you a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment? Key Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day customer operational support (quote preparation, order entry, order maintenance, etc) to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Manages inbound and outbound flow of customer communications and collaborates with key departments (operations, engineering, quality, finance, etc) to resolve customer issues.
Conducts open order book reviews and proactively provides customer status reports for orders in process.
Partners closely with finance to resolve invoicing discrepancies that impact accounts receivable.
Utilizes CORE operating system and supports continuous improvement activities to drive improved performance to the business.
Qualifications You Must Have
Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Program Management, or similar client-facing role; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate's degree and 10+ of relevant industry experience.
2+ years of SAP experience with a focus on creation and management of orders.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
1+ years of experience in Aerospace or Aftermarket industry.
1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Access and other Microsoft Office programs.
Effectively communicate with customers and all levels of the organization.
Ability to read and interpret technical data and customer requirements.
Understanding of continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma).

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
