Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive organizational growth while building a rewarding career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through proactive outreach via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Qualify and assess potential clients' business needs, financial situations, and creditworthiness
- Educate prospects about our lending solutions, including terms, rates, and repayment options
- Gather and process necessary documentation for loan applications
- Collaborate with underwriting team to facilitate quick turnaround on funding decisions
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Meet or exceed established goals for outreach, leads, and sales
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Provide consultative services to ensure best-in-class customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales of financial products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and assess customer needs
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services or life insurance industry
- Knowledge of finance and lending principles
- Previous Salesforce CRM experience
