PARI Respiratory Equipment, Inc.
Texas

Job Description

Are you looking to be on the cutting edge of the Respiratory/Drug Inhalation Industry? Do you want to partner with healthcare providers, medical distributors, and facilities to help them overcome the hurdles they face each day as they help patients and families breathe better and figure out what’s next? Does working for a company that values people, inside and outside of the organization, seem appealing? If you answered yes to these questions, then PARI may have a great opportunity for you. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager, preferably in Texas (residing/working in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin), to help us continue to grow.

Who is PARI? We are a German company that’s been in business since 1906. We work for a world where everyone can breathe freely… patients, families, providers, our people, and everyone we touch. We are experts in aerosol and inhalation devices used for respiratory therapy. We are passionate about developing innovative, high-quality and clinically proven products for the treatment of respiratory diseases. We embrace new challenges. We solve problems. We are the future of inhalation treatment, regardless of the team you join.

Sales Managers at PARI are responsible for shaping, building, and leading PARI’s sales and customer strategy in the assigned market and/or with assigned customers for medical devices and pharmaceutical products and all related work activities, including building and supporting relationships with partners, demonstrating features and advantages of products, answering queries, and leading product launch initiatives to help PARI create a world where everyone can breathe freely. You will work to build strong relationships with partners, identifying their problems and pushing our supporting teams to develop solutions, and advocating for patients, their families and caregivers.

Sales Managers should have a strong understanding of respiratory indications, drugs, and devices. A medical device background is great, but understanding pharmaceuticals will be a key for your success. You must be comfortable with public speaking, making sales calls, leading presentations both in person and virtually. You will need to be able to travel, within the US, Canada, and Europe. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years sales experience, with a preference for experience in the medical device or pharma industry. A bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience is required. Above all else, you must be passionate about helping people, going the second mile to serve others. At PARI, we ask a lot of our people, but that’s because our people have always succeeded at doing great things.

Compensation for this role is negotiable. Base pay will be in $80k range based on experience and yearly incentive plan in place between $20-25K.

If this sounds interesting and like a challenge you want to learn more about, I encourage you to apply.

PARI is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
