**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Conduct policy reviews and make coverage recommendations
- Assist with claims processing and follow-up as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and insurance policies
- Sales experience with a focus on outside sales and telemarketing is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for client interactions
