Inside Sales Account Manager - Full Time
Location: Wisconsin based, ability to travel to our franchise locations in Wisconsin is required
Compensation, Bonuses & Benefits: $60,000 - $83,000 including base salary and commission bonuses. Benefits include:

About the position:
- You will be the dedicated sales representative responsible for developing relationships and driving sales with local commercial businesses (prospects and clients)
- Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships
- Ensure achievement of franchise revenue growth targets through outbound B2B sales
- Meet and exceed all sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person customer visits
- Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge
- Build and maintain long-term account value and identify growth opportunities within existing local commercial accounts
- Cold calls and reach-outs to prospective new customers and build new strategic business relationships
- Support the franchise operations team with their strategic growth plan
- Partner with the National Accounts and Strategic Alliances team to foster major accounts and increase commercial business sales
- Effectively use our CRM system (Salesforce) to track and report on sales activity

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on sales
- Proven track record of achievement and success demonstrated by meeting sales targets
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in G Suite and using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
