As part of this commitment to excellence, we seek a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Parts Manager to join their team.
Job Description: We are in search of an Inside Sales Parts Manager who is passionate about sales, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new leads, understanding customer needs, analyzing sales data, and managing our parts department. This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage the Service Parts Team, overseeing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information.
· Learn and understand our product line and part functionality in relation to the heavy truck market.
· Job shadow shop and office personnel to gain insights into production processes and spare parts, applying this knowledge to day-to-day activities.
· Collaborate with key vendors to develop and implement an ecommerce site, while optimizing resource allocation.
· Proactively pursue customers regarding parts quotations to meet their needs and address any concerns.
· Identify opportunities for upselling complementary parts and solutions based on customer needs.
· Develop a competitive database to gain insights into competitors and missed opportunities.
· Identify customers with declining sales and work to recover their business.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent experience).
· Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
· Collaborative problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Effective time management and prioritization skills.
· A positive attitude and a drive for success.
· Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
