Position Summary:
The Churchill Brewing Sales and Marketing Manager is tasked with growing the Churchill brand. As manager it is your responsibility to develop and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors in the field while growing sales in both on premise and retail accounts. This role will support the execution of the business strategy as well as participating in key projects and initiatives. .
Position Responsibilities, Digital Media:
- Collaborate across functions to gather information and business requirements for all editorial placements, copy and programs
- Stay current on digital and industry activities, social media, trends, technology, opportunities and best practices
- Proactively manage the reputation of the business thorough active social listening, and reporting back to key stakeholders
Position Responsibilities, In Field Activation:
- Develop territory coverage plan based on account importance
- Build and support relationships with customer accounts to activate marketing promotional activity, increase product visibility and space allotment, sell in sales opportunities and develop mutually beneficial growth plans.
- Achieve marketing plan targets related to distribution, staff education, visibility and promotion activations within targeted accounts.
- Manage expenses versus established budgets.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities and execute plans.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and data.
- Provide feedback to management team regarding industry trends and the competitive environment.
- Support execution of social media, taproom and in-account campaigns
- Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Positive and constructive attitude. Organized, proactive and detail oriented. Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and a driver’s abstract. Clean driving record
- Consent to complete a criminal background and driver’s abstract check
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the beverage industry
Salary and bonus structure negotiable and competitive with large multi-national beverage industry brands.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
