An exciting player in the logistics world is growing! This company is well-established in Ontario, and is expanding to the Quebec region. They are an asset-based company, that has been in operation for over 14 years. They service transports across canada and the states, and specialize in temperature controlled substances.

The key to their success is that they have invested in special technology, provide in-depth training to their staff, and believe in building strong relationships and having great communication.

They are currently seeking a hands on, professional sales person/account manager to grow the Montreal office. Working from home, you will be responsible for building the sales in Montreal and helping the office grow. If someone is looking to make the next move in their career and grow to a VP level with the company, this would be it!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and prospect new clients in the transport and logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and deliveries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, MUST be in the transport or logistics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
