Job Type: On site, Monday - Friday, 7am to 4Pm

BBSI has partnered with a premier Manufacture of Material Handling equipment located in the Inland Empire. We have an exciting new role and are searching of a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead our growth initiatives, drive revenue, and expand our customer base.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Director will oversee both sales and marketing teams, create strategic plans, and ensure our brand and products effectively reach target audiences. This position also involves representing the company at industry events, cultivating strong client relationships, and building partnerships that enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Create and oversee marketing plans (digital and traditional) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Build strong client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, aligning them with marketing goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Supervise the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in manufacturing or material handling industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading campaigns
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies that drive growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
