Position: Territory Outside Sales Representative – Corrugated Sales
Location: Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph
Salary: 70K-85K + Commission
Role: MUST HAVE CORRUGATED SALES EXPERIENCE
The Sales Representative will manage existing accounts and develop new business based on long-term strategic relationships that maintain and grow revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Plans strategy to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets. Develops business plans for each account.
- Uncover sales opportunities, develop new business and increase sales penetration and profits within assigned accounts.
- Establish relationships with key customer contacts in purchasing, marketing, design, operations and engineering
- Develop a broad knowledge of the products and services offered
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with appropriate departments in the resolution of client issues and the pursuit of opportunities
- Conduct on-site customer visits to monitor and improve the account status and customer satisfaction.
- Provide information regarding significant developments in the marketplace, including competitive activity, new applications and product requirements as they impact the targeted marketplace
- Prepares reports and provides analysis and information on sales forecast and budget preparation.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Training others when needed
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal communication, consultative, teamwork and presentation skills
- Business acumen, problem solving and project management skills
- Knowledge of sales contracts and account relationship management
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years corrugate sales experience required.
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work successfully from a home office as well as a work office
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
