What you'll be doing:

The Inventory Control Specialist will support the Operations teams with maintaining an accurate inventory of small form-factor computer components, organizing inventory, and receiving inventory shipments to stock locations. The Inventory Control Specialist will work in a very collaborative environment alongside Production, Customer Support, and Logistics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in all inventory operations including but not limited to: counting, receiving, daily audits and month-end/year-end full inventory counts.
Perform accurate inventory movement, ensuring data can be entered accurately in the company’s ERP.
Research discrepancies and report variances in item counts to the Operations Manager for reconciliation.
Bring forth ideas to improve organizational systems, policies, and procedures to store and distribute inventory.
Compare shipments received against purchase orders and invoices to verify accuracy.
Ensure all inventory locations and bins are labeled, organized, and cleaned daily.
Assist the shipping and receiving departments during periods of downtime, increased inventory receipt, or large customer order shipment.
When needed with large customer orders, work on the Manufacturing floor to ensure that product is built in a timely manner and per customer expectations.

Required Background and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years stock room and inventory control experience.
Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
Computer skills and knowledge of basic spreadsheet data entry.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to execute in a rapidly changing fast paced environment that requires strong teamwork
Forward-thinking, proactive mindset
Detail oriented, yet a quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
