SecureW2 is a SaaS Cybersecurity company pioneering the development of certificate-driven enterprise security. We specialize in passwordless security for wired, wireless, VPN, and ZTNA, and application security, ensuring an organization is protected from credential and data theft.

What do we look for


We are in search of a knowledgeable Sales Engineer who can combine technical expertise with sales acumen to enhance our customer engagement and conversion rates. This role involves working closely with the sales team to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.


Reporting to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate our products effectively, answer technical queries, and provide solutions that meet customer needs while facilitating the closing of deals.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and objectives.
  • Convey customer requirements to the product management teams, helping to shape the development of new features.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotes that meet specific customer needs.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and demonstrations for clients, sales staff, and channel partners.
  • Assist in the response to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Act as the primary technical resource for clients, including handling pre-sales questions and troubleshooting initial setup issues.
  • Stay informed about product developments, industry trends, and competitors' products.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT sectors.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues during the sales cycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Preferred: Experience with network security, cybersecurity solutions, and understanding of network infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security.

This role is ideally suited for a technical professional who thrives in a customer-facing role and is driven to help the team achieve its sales objectives by leveraging their technical expertise.
