We specialize in manufacturing PCBs (printed circuit boards) for multiple industries such as Military, Aerospace, Avionic, Commercial and Medical applications.

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospects, existing customers, and internal teams
• Able to identify and contact companies within the defined markets and industries
• Inquire about business opportunities, present informational materials, and take part in RFQ/RFP processes regarding the need for PCBs
• Responsible for addressing the TAM for the assigned region(s) to accurately forecast new opportunities, contract values, and expected deal completion
• Track and forecast via internal company tools.
• Communicate with customers on any engineering changes, production status updates, and expected delivery date
• Review contracts for accuracy, changes, and quality specifications
• Travel to customer sites, attend trade shows, and come to the factory for customer visits as needed (20-40%)

Knowledge and Skills:

• PCB industry experience is a MUST
• 3+ years of inside sales experience or related B2B electronics sales
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Ability to successfully manage customer relationships
• Ability to understand and learn manufacturing processes (production, engineering, lead times)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with participating in a RFQ/RFP with U.S. Government Entities and/or Government Contractors is a plus
• Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen
