Job Summary:

The Account Manager (Commercial Lines) provides quality service, sales when applicable, to all commercial lines Dodge Partner clients. The Account Manager’s key role is to serve as the liaison between the clients and the company through assisting the Producers in managing a book of business; new and renewal marketing and placement. The Account Manager will provide direction to the CL-Assistant and CL-Marketer assigned to the team, to service or market, each account collaboratively, efficiently and timely. The Account Manager will maintain the highest degree of service and rapport between producer(s), client, carriers and agency personnel.

Essential Functions:

· Demonstrates company core values.

· Process change requests accurately and promptly.

· Follow-up on all requests submitted to carriers for timely completion and accuracy.

· Collaborates with Producer(s) on issues or concerns pertaining to the assigned accounts.

· Assesses current processes and recommends alternate solutions to enhance efficiency.

· Prepares quotes for new commercial lines business using agency resources, technology and carriers.

· Remarkets existing business based on service team requests or to meet client expectations.

· Continuously enhances the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

· Provides strong customer service to clients and builds professional relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

· Attends meetings and trainings to better understand and stay up-to-date on market trends and changes.

· Provides comprehensive attention to detail and thorough documentation to support E&O standards.

· Maintains proper documentation and task management in the respective systems and files.

· Processes work and negotiates with carrier underwriters and company personnel in a timely and professional manner.

· Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work.

· Interacts well with others.

Other functions:

· Other job duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· A minimum of 1 years of experience in insurance; extensive knowledge of commercial lines coverage and carriers preferred.

· Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. If hired, must obtain. Additional designations a plus.

Required Skills / Abilities:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

· Experience using Agency Management System Software.

· Highly organized with strong time management skills.

· Deadline-driven.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work in a group or independently.

· Solid prioritization skills, sense of urgency, and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

· Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Special Demands/Physical Requirements (denote if office, hybrid, remote):

· Office attendance: Hybrid/Remote schedule available.

· Some travel opportunities for professional development and industry training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
