Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, technology sales, and working in a high-performing sales team.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track sales activities and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in outside sales, technology sales, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
