Job Description
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and account activities in assigned market. Directs sales and provides leadership towards account teams to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Provide input in development of business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
· Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
· Helps identify business trends, forecast and preparation of annual sales budget.
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
· Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
· Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted
· Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
· Assists in preparation of proposals and presentations.
· Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
· Must have good communication and negotiation skills
· Be able to work in a team and also motivate others
· Confident and willing to work hard
Specific Requirements:
1. Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
2. Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
4. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
5. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
6. Good knowledge of project mgt and execution
7. Strong presentation and communication skills
8. Strategic-minded and customer-oriented
9. Mature, self-motivated, independent and responsible
10. Good interpersonal skills
11. Able to work independently
Experience:
7-10 years in Sales Management AND Supply Chain Management.
Preferably from 3PL/4PL, logistics, warehouse, and distribution industry.
Handles customers from automotive, industrial, eCommerce, healthcare, FMCG, energy, manufacturing sectors etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
