Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Account Manager at Brunch. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing ongoing projects, handling prospect inquiries, and providing solutions to meet clients' needs. Duties include creating reports, updating internal management and external stakeholders on projects, scheduling meetings, and assisting with organizational tasks.
We are seeking someone who is available for 25 hours of work per week, with at least one day in office (located near Station Mont-Royal). The role is ideal for someone pursuing their own creative endeavours or studies (schedule to be determined collaboratively). Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Customer Relationship Management or Account Management role
- Strong communication abilities (written & oral)
- Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Personal interest in design or creative fields
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate professionally in French
