Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Account Coordinator to support our sales team in managing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate project documentation, maintain communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and maintain project documentation for multiple accounts of varying size and complexity.

Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and other construction drawings.

Act as a liaison between the company and customers, subcontractors, and general contractors on active projects.

Maintain and monitor project records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide accurate and timely communication of relevant project information to clients and internal project teams.

Issue estimates, change orders, purchase orders, and other project-related documents as needed.

Keep the sales team and other stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
