POSITION: Sales Specialist
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
Job Summary:
The role for the Sales Consultant is to work with clients to ensure proper education, perform client consultations, and ensure that the clinic hits its monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for driving team sales motivation. The Sales Consultant will work closely with the Office Manager to identify training needs, present promotional ideas, and ensure clinic operations are supporting our customer service and sales goals.

Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- College degree is preferable, but not a requirement.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Must be customer service oriented with quality care focus.
- Effective organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Present a highly professional image.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement the practice’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct sales consultations.
- Oversee individual and clinic sales reporting.
- Responsible for developing and implementing monthly sales incentives.
- Write weekly motivational sales update emails to the team.
- Oversee client membership management to include addressing membership or contractual concerns and questions.
- Create, communicate and track monthly sales contests and promotions with the clinic team.
- Perform local outreach.
- Identify and secure opportunities for clinic events and client parties.
- Identify and secure corporate relationships.
- Work with each team division to ensure sales goals are being met.
- Identify staff training opportunities and communicate with the Office Manager.
- Respond to all incoming prospective client inquiries.
- Ensure overall customer service satisfaction of all clinic clients.
- Maintain an understanding of all products and services offered at the clinic.
Compensation and benefits:
- Pay: Depends on Experience (Base + Commissions)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
