Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager facilitates business development and growth of the Olympus product(s) in specific areas by training and presenting the product(s) to new and existing partnerships, identifying prospect agents, attending industry/company events, and coordinating research to increase sales and promote the OIC brand.

The territory will be the North region of Florida inclusive of Panhandle and the East Coast (Nassau and Duval counties).
Job Description/Essential Functions:
- Maintain rapport throughout the territory by managing existing agency relationships with a focus on increasing new business, client retention and agency profitability.
- Support agency force with their day-to-day needs by resolving problems, identifying trends, determining territory specific needs/improvements, tracking competitors, and implementing changes when necessary.
- Assist with agency education of company products and brand differentiators.
- Attend and contribute to company specific events and industry association memberships/events.
- Collaborate with company departments on general communications and marketing campaigns by conveying agency insights and sales data to support product and underwriting developments for improvement.
- Achieve regional sales objectives and contribute to overall sales quotas and strategic plans.
Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of previous insurance carrier or agency experience preferred.
- Insurance industry designations preferred.
- Previous sales and management experience required.
- Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty License.
Position will work remote within the respective territory.The territory will be the North region of Florida inclusive of Panhandle and the East Coast (Nassau and Duval counties).
