Gentle Care Home Services, a private in-home care provider for medically fragile children in Augusta, GA, is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager & Staff Recruiter to join our team. Position Overview:
This dual-role position combines business development and staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will focus on growing our client base, managing relationships with healthcare partners, and recruiting skilled caregivers and administrative staff to meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new client leads through strategic outreach, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics, to generate referrals and expand the company’s market presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- Staff Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers and administrative staff.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process to ensure the right talent aligns with company needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and support for new hires.
- Strategic Planning & Networking:
- Represent the company at community events, industry programs, and online marketing initiatives.
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to drive referrals and staff recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience:Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry, with a strong track record in lead generation and meeting sales targets.
- Business Development Expertise: Experience in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Staff Recruitment Skills:Proven ability to identify and recruit top talent, ensuring a strong workforce for client care.
- Client Management:Experience in managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to develop and adapt sales and recruitment strategies based on market trends.
- Communication & Networking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building relationships within the healthcare community.
