Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales & service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create KPI's, monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
