Are you a seasoned sales leader with national sales experience? Are you looking to join a growing organization? We're looking for an individual to be responsible for all aftermarket sales for our partner companies product offerings by growing market penetration.This role will have travel requirements up to 50%. This role will be in Lincoln when not traveling.
Essential Functions:
1. Facilitate and manage national aftermarket sales.
Develop, Execute and Improve "Tactical & Strategic Activities"
Travel the nation and make sales calls on existing and new customers
Maintain market share and increase market penetration in current markets.
Develops a dealer and OE network.
Strategic vision for new product growth
2. Analyze national sales data and take action as it pertains to market share.
3. Must take a hands-on approach and execute effectively.
4. Develop our product catalog to be web based with the mindset of being easy to do business with.
5. Responsible for sales forecasts and meeting sales targets (AOP and updated forecasts).
6. Develop and implement special sales activities and programs to increase sales.
7. Research and communicate new markets and new product opportunities to senior management.
8. Develop understanding of competitors product line.
9. Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required.
10. Must work closely and lead cross functionally across the organization.
11. Responsible for supervision and development of assigned sales staff.
