Job Description
Full Time Account Manager Position for a Commercial Lines Insurance Brokerage.
MUST work within PST (CA) Time Zone +/- 2 Hours Only.
Key Tasks Include (but not limited to): Customer Service for assigned Book of Business (including handling email, fax and telephone inquiries for assigned accounts), Renewal Quote Comparison & Review, Renewal Proposals, New Business Marketing Opportunities, Account Rounding Efforts, Finances Quotes on applicable policies, Invoicing on Agency Bill Accounts, Involvement in Claim Mitigation (when needed)
Qualifications:
· 3+ Years Prior Commercial Insurance Account Manager Required
· California Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
· Knowledge of Agency Management System (TAM or Epic) preferable
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Detail Oriented & Multi-Tasking Abilities are a MUST
· Ability to communicate professionally
· Team Player
