Responsibilities:As an Automotive Sales Manager at Truck Ranch, you'll lead by example and play a pivotal role in our continued success:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. Analyze sales data, track leads from diverse sources, and ensure accurate attribution. Your expertise will be key in optimizing sales processes and maximizing our inventory turnover, driving success and ensuring every truck finds its rightful owner.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed profit targets.
  • Collaborate on strategic advertising campaigns to boost sales and enhance our brand presence.
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, managers, and staff to develop and refine effective sales processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a sales manager or general manager role within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record for operating dealership vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful leadership.
