Introduction
As the Inside Sales Manager at Aerowave Technologies, you will join our Sales Leadership Team and be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing a high-performing inside sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager must build a high-performance inside sales team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve the company's objectives for profitable growth.
Job Description
- Meet or exceed targets/quota, while also hold team accountable to their targets and quotas
- Increase client engagement

- You have an expert understanding of implementing and maintaining sales processes.
- You possess excellent leadership and team-building skills and have a track record of managing and developing high-performing inside sales teams.
- You possess strong technical acumen, and history of selling complex solutions successfully
- You have the ability to learn and provide communications and surveillance solutions to existing clients and new prospects.
- You have a history of maintaining CRM compliance and Sales Pipeline hygiene
- You have a strong proven history of quota obtainment and client service.
- You're known for your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are willing to travel locally if needed to meet with clients and partners.
- You are always learning and improving in your craft
Location & Travel Requirements:
- Seeking candidates to work from our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas.
Basic Requirements
- 2 Years of Inside Sales Management Experience required.
- 2+ Years of Account Management experience preferred
- 2+ years of full cycle technology solution sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Travel Requirements:
- Some local travel (within DFW) to meet with existing or potential clients may be required
