Job Title: Inside Sales Support Rep

Summary/Objectives: Inside Sales Support role is to have the ability to balance selling products while also providing world class customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Provide sales support by issuing quotes, making product recommendations, generating market / territory reports as needed
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction by helping resolve customer issues by identifying, communicating and looking for long term solutions for any pain points
- Be able to respond to product or technical inquiries, explaining feature and benefits of key products
- Provide after-the-sale support as needed
- Supply customers with order status updates and lead times
- Manage customer database in Net Suite for your territory
- Responsible for handling customer complaints, file cases and RMA’s in Net Suite
- Have knowledge of products on APL/QPL within your territory
- Be familiar with competition in your territory
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
