JOB MISSION
Pacific Lifestyle Homes, a leading name in homebuilding, is seeking an experienced Online Sales Consultant to join our team. In this critical, full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing leads, nurturing them through phone, text, and email with the ultimate goal of setting up appointments for our New Home Sales Consultants. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving 40% of our monthly sales and elevating our customer experience with timely follow-ups and outstanding service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Online Sales Consultant employees work remotely but participate in meetings in-person. There is some scheduling flexibility regarding workdays; however, one weekend workday per week is an expectation. Work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Requirements:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles inquiries from potential customers- email, phone and website.
- Manages a structured follow-up process for each lead. This process includes a mix of phone calls, emails, text messages and video messages to educate and qualify prospects with the end goal of scheduling an appointment with a New Homes Sales Consultant.
- Follows up with each prospect and sets appointments for customers with appropriate sales staff.
- Provides information and marketing materials to prospects.
- Works with each prospect to determine ideal communities and floor plans.
- Consistently utilizes and updates Salesforce CRM; tracks and reports lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
- Continually monitors third-party websites and online advertising to remain competitive.
- Completes other projects as requested to support sales and marketing team initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business negotiations, or land acquisition within the residential real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred; alternatively, an associate degree coupled with equivalent experience will be considered.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy, drive, and goal orientation.
- Proven negotiation skills and a track record of achieving results.
- Familiarity with utility and developmental review departments is advantageous.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities coupled with logical decision-making skills.
